Hi, my name is Pat

I'm a business advisor working with online coaches, consultants and agencies to help them grow. I do this by building sales teams and optimising sales processes so founders can step out of end-to-end sales.
Having spent many years heading up and growing sales divisions, my mission is to share my knowledge and experience in the most practical ways possible — from scripts and SOPs to hiring, training and managing setters and closers.
Away from managing sales teams, I'm most excited about creating content and speaking to high-performing individuals. That's why I run the Closers Diaries podcast and host The Collectiv Community — a private network for sales pros who want to build a legacy beyond commission-only roles.
